The items we  sell range in condition from new, shelf pulls to store returns. Some boxes may  be damaged and/or missing paperwork. We do not test the items we sell for full  functionality. If the item has a plug, most of the time it is tested for basic  function and labeled about
"Inspected for  Quality"
We do offer a 14 day no hassle return policy (see  below). Please don't purchase as a brand new item if is marked otherwise and  our transaction will be very smooth. If you are not sure if something is  included in the listing please ask, don't assume it is or isn't. We do our  best to describe what we see accurately but If we miss something, we are only  humans... We can do a fast return and move on. You can see from our feedback  we don't list items that are known bad.
SHIPPING:
Most items we do a  flat rate of .95 for shipping via USPS to US street address. All additional  shipping cost/service level please see shippping table.
All packages are  shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS mail unless otherwise stated in listing, 99.9% of  all our shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment. We do shipping Monday- Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday.  Delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on where you  live.
International shipping as well to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico  are excluded from .95 shipping.
Tracking information can be found in  the item details page after purchase and we will email you the number once we  print the label.
Shipping insurance: we do insure all shipments we send  out. Some shipments require signature, please don't ask us to contact your  Mail Man to leave your package next door.
We only ship to the confirmed  address you have in your accounts.
SALES TAX:
Illinois Residents are  charged sales tax of 8% at checkout... I know, I don't like it either

We encourage returns if you no  longer need the item or aren't 100% satisfied please send it back for a full  refund... no questions asked. We don't do partial refunds so don't even ask or  "fish" (so many people out there doing feedback extortion ruined this). We  really always prefer you send the item back for a full refund unless we have  parts or something you need. We'll take the loss on the shipping charge  sending it to you and NOTE: buyer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged  in shipping, we will open a claim with carrier.
If you feel the item is  not as described, please contact us before opening a case with eBay. We can  possibly send you parts or we can do an exchange or return for a full refund.  We always make sure the buyer is taken care of and opening a case we find  rather harsh. simply click "contact seller", select "returns" and send us a  message.
If you go to your order item, that gives you the return  instructions and address... basically, just write your name on the box and  send it back and we'll refund you within 24-48 hours.

RETURNS POLICY
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
.- Customers need to  obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping item  back.

TO GET AN RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), please select  "Return or Replace Items" in the "Your Orders" section of your EBay account,  and fill in the appropriate information.
We will email RETURN  INSTRUCTIONS and your RMA # to the email address registered in your EBay  account.
30 DAY RETURN - Customer must request an RMA number within 30  DAYS of order delivery. After 30 days, no RMA will be issued for any reason,  and no returns will be accepted for any reason.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING  CHARGES - Original Shipping charges are NOT refundable on conforming  products.
RESTOCK FEE - 20% Re-Stocking may apply on all Non-Defective  Conforming Returns and undeliverable packages.
RMA ON LABEL - Please  insure RMA# appears clearly on the SHIPPING LABEL on the outside of the return  shipment. Please do not mark the box itself in any other way.
RETURN  SHIPPING CHARGES - Return shipping to Virtuz-Store is at the customer's  expense.
RETURN CONDITION - All Returns must be in the same condition  as received and contain: all original boxes - packing materials and contents  included in the original shipment.
Virtuz-Store will file a claim for  lost or stolen packages. All authorized RETURNS must include a shipment  tracking number.
REFUSED RMA - Virtuz-Store reserves the right to  refuse RETURNS on any product that does not meet the above requirements. Items  returned with evidence of tampering will be refused. The serial number MUST be  present on all items and must match our order records.
DAMAGED  SHIPMENT - Please notify the carrier and Virtuz-Store immediately if your  package arrives damaged. Ask the carrier to make a note of the damaged  shipment. Please photograph the damage, if possible. Also please notify  Virtuz-Store immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of  damaged merchandise. Virtuz-Store will file a claim with the carrier. Please  save the merchandise, the original box, and all packing materials. ANY DAMAGE  PRESENT ON AN ITEM AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY MUST BE REPORTED TO VIRTUZ-STORE  WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Any unreported damage will be considered user  damage, and the return policy will be void.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS  / UNDELIVERABLE - Customer is responsible for providing a VALID and COMPLETE  shipping address during check-out. A 20% fee will be charged for packages  returned due to an INVALID or INCOMPLETE delivery address.
Orders that  are REFUSED at the time of delivery will be considered undeliverable as  addressed.
