  • Condition: I purchased this 5 years ago brand new in my Pilates Studio. I never used it. Not sure why I think because we moved and couldn't get back to that studio. This is GREAT and in Excellent never used condition. The length is 36" long, the circumference is 20" and the height is 6". Never use a piece of exercise equipment without consulting with your health care provider first. This weighs approximately 12 ounces. This is not for use by the mentally challenged without supervision, Not for use by Children or anyone under 21 years old. Not for use on pets. This is not a toy, do not let children play with. Does not have any instructions to it I just know it's hard foam like Styrofoam. This is not a toy We do not know what this is constructed of. Do not ingest the Foam. Excellent never used condition.

    I purchased this 5 years ago brand new in my Pilates Studio. I never used it. Not sure why I think because we moved and couldn't get back to that studio. This is GREAT and in Excellent never used condition.  People use these rollers for a variety of reasons and I have seen them use them in pilates as a prop to get a similar work out as a reformer, an ab destabilizer, etc, Make sure that you use this under supervision of someone that knows how to use the foam roller.
