Description

Original C. 1947 photo album from Republic of China / Taiwan although a few might have been taken in mainland China. The photos depicting scenes from a school / college including larger photos depicting older students or possibly faculty. I noticed a couple Caucasian ladies in some of these photos. There are views of very young children in what appear to be military uniforms, women's basketball teams, men's basketball teams and games. A few depict buildings or village scenes. There are 204 photos and most of the album pages have captions. The detail and contrast is very good in the photos as well.
The album measures 9" x 6 1/4" and roughly 1" inch thick. The album cover reads ' Photographs ' in English, the reverse cover has embossed lettering and a depiction of a winged horse. I have uploaded all the photos in the album for your viewing. Will be well packed and shipped priority mail within the US and eBay international shipping for buyers outside the US.
